Overview

This hands-on course bridges the gap between product management theory and real-world practice. Students will learn to rapidly validate ideas, prototype and build functional digital products using cutting-edge AI and no-code platforms such as Lovable, DreamFlow and related tools.

By the end of the course, students will have designed, built and launched a functional digital product, demonstrating their mastery of modern product management methodologies that shorten time-to-market from months to weeks.

Prerequisites

Basic understanding of user experience principles and familiarity with digital product concepts are recommended but not mandatory.

Methodology

Week 1: Intensive workshops on no-code platforms and AI tools.

Week 2: Individual product ideation, validation, and prototype development.

Week 3: Group collaboration on advanced features and user testing .

Format includes: hands-on workshops, live building sessions, peer reviews, mentor feedback, and daily standups following agile methodologies.

Grading

The final grade will be composed of the following criteria:

Aleksandr Simukovic is a product leader, AI builder, and educator with more than a decade of experience across B2B SaaS, advertising technology, consumer applications, and 0-to-1 product development. In senior product roles at companies including Adjust and Smartly.io, he has led products from customer discovery and strategy through to launch, adoption, and growth.

Alongside his industry work, Aleksandr builds and ships AI-assisted web and mobile products and teaches modern product development at Harbour.Space. He has helped more than 100 students and non-technical builders turn ideas into working products by combining customer discovery, product strategy, rapid prototyping, AI-assisted development, validation, and go-to-market. His teaching emphasises evidence-based decision-making, hands-on building, and the judgement required to use AI tools critically and responsibly.
