Overview
This intensive three-week course focuses on the execution and scaling of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for startups. Building on prior entrepreneurship coursework, it assumes students have a validated concept and focuses on how to bring it to market, acquire customers, and scale revenue. Students will design and execute GTM strategies across B2C and B2B contexts, applying venture design frameworks to market entry and growth.
The course emphasises data-driven decision-making, including when to iterate, optimise, or pivot based on market feedback. Through hands-on workshops, case studies, and simulations, participants will develop a complete, execution-ready GTM strategy. By the end of the course, students will present a comprehensive plan integrating positioning, acquisition, monetisation, and growth.
