Overview
Guide organizations as they introduce new technology, redesign processes and shift culture at scale.
Many organisations invest in new tools but struggle to change how work actually gets done. This programme focuses on that gap. You'll learn how to map current processes, spot where technology can genuinely improve them, and work with teams to make those changes stick in day-to-day practice. Along the way, you'll work with real cases, using a mix of systems thinking, operations and people skills.
You'll also look at what transformation feels like from different perspectives: leadership, individual teams and customers. Topics such as change communication, governance, data use and ethical impact are woven through the coursework. By the end, you'll be ready to step into roles where you coordinate projects, align stakeholders, and keep long-term improvements on track—not just launch another tool.

Introductory Module
Core
In your first weeks, you'll join a bootcamp-style course with students from all programmes. You'll get to know Harbour.Space's hands-on way of learning, meet your peers, and get comfortable collaborating across different disciplines.
Major Core
Core
Once you've settled in, you'll move into the core modules of your programme. These courses are the heart of your studies: they help you think critically, solve complex problems, and build the technical and strategic skills you'll rely on in your field.
Capstone Project
Core
The Capstone Project is the culmination of the Digital Transformation program, where you address real-world business challenges through technology-driven change. Working independently or in teams, you will apply your understanding of digital transformation to a meaningful project, demonstrating your ability to lead digital initiatives and drive organizational change.
Major Electives
Elective
As your foundation grows, you'll start choosing electives within your discipline. These modules let you go deeper into the areas that interest you most, from specific methods and tools to specialized application domains.
Collaborative & Cross-disciplinary Courses
Elective
Alongside your core and major electives, you'll take courses with students from other fields. Together you'll work on real-world challenges from different perspectives, stretching your thinking and strengthening your collaborative problem-solving skills.
Free Electives
Elective
Throughout the programme, you can also choose courses outside your main area. As long as you meet any requirements and there's space in the class, you're welcome to explore new topics, follow your curiosity, and broaden your toolkit.

This year taught me to think in systems, not effort. To my classmates and teachers, thank you for pushing me to build sharper and dream bigger.
I came to Harbour.Space looking for knowledge, but I'm leaving with something far more valuable, friendships, perspectives, and the confidence to keep building what's next. See you somewhere in the world.
